My Journey

With my extensive experience working in recruitment and employment service environments, I helped prepare hundreds of people for their next career move as well as partnered with different organizations in the market seeking talent. I have worked in financial services, hospitality, human capital industries and various social work settings – helping me develop a dynamic perspective on talent.

I am a Certified Human Resources Professional with an Honors Bachelor Degree in Psychology from York University and hold an MBA from Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.

My academic background along with my experience working in diverse roles and industries allowed me to learn more about myself, my personal career aspirations and how hiring decisions are made. With this, I developed the passion to help other professionals going through career uncertainty and transition.
